We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer and Sheet Metal Mechanic to join the production team. This is a dual-role position perfect for a technical expert who enjoys the balance of high-level programming and hands-on fabrication.
Responsibilities:
- CNC Programming: Use solid models to create efficient CNC programs for Amada Punches.

- Design & Modeling: Utilize SolidWorks to create models when not provided and compare them against engineering drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Shop Support: Work on the shop floor to set up and operate CNC Punches, CO2 Lasers, or Press Brakes.
- Documentation: Review and interpret complex engineering drawings, applying knowledge of MIL-specs and GD&T.

Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in SolidWorks (2014 or later) to be considered for this position.
- Proven experience using Amada AP100 software.
- Prior experience in the setup and operation of CNC punches and press brakes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings with a deep understanding of GD&T and MIL-specs.
- Demonstrated ability to work within tight tolerances ( .005 to .010).
