What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating, testing, and tweaking high-precision programs for CNC lathes, mills, and 5-axis machines.
Turning complex blueprints into smooth machine instructions using SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
Programming Wire EDM profiles to keep extrusion operations running smoothly.
Dialing in tooling setups, calibrating fixtures, and holding tight tolerances with precision tools (CMM, micrometers, bore gauges).
Using lean methods to optimize speeds, feeds, and cycle times.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid background in CNC programming (Fanuc controls, multi-axis, milling, turning).
Deep knowledge of CAD/CAM software and GD&T blueprints.
Experience or background with Wire EDM / metal machining processes.
Strong shop math skills and precise measuring ability.
Physical ability to work on the floor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and handling shop noise).
