Field Leadership & Site Supervision-Coordinate, plan, and supervise daily and weekly field activities on commercial job sites.-Manage employees, subcontractors, and equipment efficiently to maintain productivity and quality.-Perform preliminary jobsite visits for project preparation and staging.-Self-perform commercial construction tasks when necessary to maintain project flow.Planning, Scheduling & Reporting-Meet regularly with the Project Manager to review material, labor, and equipment needs.-Prepare meeting agendas, weekly meeting notes, and 3-week look-ahead construction schedules.-Generate accurate daily jobsite reports and ensure strict adherence to project plans and specifications.Safety, Quality & Team Development-Enforce a safe work environment in full compliance with OSHA guidelines and company policies.-Facilitate pre-installation meetings with subcontractors prior to phase rollouts.-Train field personnel on construction methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies.-Foster positive, collaborative relationships with crew members, subcontractors, and suppliers.
