Responsibilities:
As a Composite Operator, you will serve as a vital link in the production of structures that make modern aviation possible. Working within a high-performing, self-directed team, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of composite parts for both standard production and cutting-edge developmental aircraft programs. Your daily operations will involve the precise use of hand, power, and machine tools for layout and assembly. To ensure the highest levels of safety and accuracy, you will strictly adhere to detailed blueprints and work instructions while utilizing precision measurement devices?such as calipers, micrometers, and scales?to perform rigorous quality inspections on every part produced.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
While we provide significant on-the-job context, we prefer candidates who bring at least one year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Exceptional hand-eye coordination is critical for the manual assembly and fabrication tasks inherent to composite work.
