Responsibilities:
Clear and prepare work zones by removing debris, hazards, and obstructions to ensure a safe workspace.
Load, unload, and distribute heavy materials, tools, and equipment to various areas of the job site.
Assist skilled craftsmen (welders, pipefitters, or carpenters) by holding materials in place, fetching tools, and operating basic power equipment.
Perform tasks such as mixing mortar, pouring materials, digging trenches, and assembling temporary structures or scaffolding.
Adhere to all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Clean and maintain tools and machinery to ensure they are in good working order for the next shift.
Assist in the general maintenance and organization of the industrial yard and shop floors.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience working in a manufacturing plant, oilfield services environment, or heavy construction site.
Experience operating small machinery such as forklifts, skid steers, or aerial lifts.
Basic understanding of blueprints, schematics, or construction layouts.

High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
A strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctual attendance.
Comfort using hand tools (shovels, hammers, wrenches) and power tools (drills, grinders, saws).
Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions from supervisors and lead technicians.
A safety-first mindset and the ability to recognize potential hazards on a busy industrial site.
