Responsibilities:
Load, unload, transport, and stage construction materials, tools, and equipment across work areas.
Prep work sites by clearing debris, erecting temporary structures or barricades, and setting up necessary machinery.
Assist skilled craftsmen (welders, mechanics, operators, or carpenters) with daily tasks and heavy lifting.
Safely operate basic hand and power tools, pressure washers, and material-handling equipment.
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones, strictly adhering to site safety protocols and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Perform routine facilities upkeep, minor equipment maintenance, and basic site repair duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Skills:
Prior experience in industrial construction, manufacturing support, oilfield equipment services, or general labor.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Ability to meet physical demands: lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly, standing, bending, reaching, and working on your feet for extended shifts.
Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled environments, including heat, outdoor weather, and high-noise areas.
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using standard manual and power tools.
Solid communication skills, a reliable work attendance history, and the ability to follow oral and written safety instructions.
