Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, schedules, and cost control.
Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with supervisors, subcontractors, and clients.
Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking and decision-making abilities to resolve project challenges efficiently.
Technical Execution: Utilize estimating skills and working knowledge of project management software to keep projects on track.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Market Expertise: Experience working within industrial, manufacturing, medical, healthcare, religious, or institutional sectors.
Delivery Methods: Familiarity with design/build, design-bid build, and plan/specification project delivery.
Professional References: Strong references from past employers or clients.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar management training.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience specifically as a project manager in commercial construction.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Plan Reading: Advanced skills in blueprint and plan reading.
Compliance: Must possess a valid driver?s license and reliable transportation.
