Your Role & Impact
As the primary lead on-site and in the office, you won't just be checking boxes; you'll be the engine driving project success.

Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee commercial builds from pre-construction through closeout.

Financial Oversight: Master the budget, manage vendor contracts, and ensure peak cost-efficiency.

Team Leadership: Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and stakeholders to keep the vision on track.

Quality & Safety: Ensure every square inch meets our high standards and local safety regulations.

Schedule & Location
Base: Fort Wayne, IN.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Field Hours: Flexible day shifts as required by project milestones.

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial construction projects.

Lead and oversee project teams, subcontractors, and field staff.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.

Proven leadership experience in the construction industry.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is a plus.
