Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Establish objectives, procedures, and performance standards in line with corporate policy.
Financial Oversight: Manage the "bottom line," including fee payments, rental costs, and income/expenses to protect company interests.
Field Coordination: Direct on-site Foremen to ensure schedule adherence and intervene in "at-risk" situations with corrective measures.
Planning & Scheduling: Define resources (labor, materials, equipment) and manage intermediate phases to hit all deadlines.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and $A/E$ firms, representing the company in all project meetings.
Estimation Support: Collaborate with Estimators to price "non-takeoff" items and unique project variables.
Safety: Ensure 100% adherence to health and safety standards and aim for incident-free performance.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 AM
Skills:
Experience: 3-8 years of experience is preferred.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Trimble- AutoBid is highly beneficial.
Industry Tools: Experience with project management software such as PlanGrid or ProjectDocs.
Professional Development: Completion of the MCAA Preparatory Institute for Project Management.

Qualifications:
Education: 4-year degree in Construction Management or an equivalent field.
Certifications: Must possess an OSHA 30 certification.
Technical Proficiency: High comfort level with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Legal: Must hold a valid Driver???s License at all times.
Soft Skills: Strong customer service and interaction skills; the ability to lead direct reports effectively.
