Responsibilities:
ResponsibilitiesField Leadership: Manage daily field personnel and equipment while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Project Oversight: Read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.Planning: Foresee and manage a 3-week look-ahead schedule to meet critical deadlines.Communication: Maintain daily interaction with project managers and subcontractors.Quality & Safety: Responsible for quality control of all work and committed to enforcing OSHA regulations and safety guidelines at all times.Mentorship: Utilize leadership skills to teach new hires and develop their professional skill sets.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Project Variety: Experience with ground-up new construction (5,000 SF to 100,000 SF).
Specializations: Familiarity with design-build pre-engineered metal buildings and interior renovations.
Concrete Work: Practical knowledge of concrete footers and foundations.
Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating jobsites equipment such as backhoes, bobcats, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a field leadership role.
Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations.
Certifications: Completion of First Aid, CPR, and 30-hour OSHA training is required.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, and lift or push/pull up to 80 pounds.
Logistics: Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
