- Provides hands-on assistance with the maintenance, organization, and migration of website content within the content management system (CMS).- Supports major site updates and ongoing content accuracy efforts, ensuring web pages are clear, accessible, functional, and aligned with brand and usability standards.- Focuses on content cleanup, page creation, quality assurance, and URL management across multiple websites and platforms.- Organize and migrate website content to new pages, consolidating content, reducing text, converting PDFs to new webpages and improving clarity with clear calls to action (CTAs).- Review original URL spreadsheets and notes to ensure content is migrated, consolidated, or reassigned to appropriate pages, with guidance from internal team members as needed.- Convert policy-related PDFs into accessible, user-friendly web pages, including policies and documents.- Migrate calendar events from the existing calendar system into the Modern Campus calendar.- Add, update, and verify page properties for all pages, including page titles, image alt text and meta descriptions.- Check and correct links, spelling, formatting, and accessibility compliance across all pages, including proper heading structure, alt text, and basic WCAG standards.- Conduct a comprehensive site review to ensure all URLs are documented and accounted for.- Verify that redirects are properly implemented for all non-migrated pages.- Confirm that all existing short URLs are configured and functioning correctly within Modern Campus.- Compile and provide a list of new program page URLs to designated stakeholders for updates to the company Catalog.- Review QR codes and update linked URLs as needed to ensure continued functionality.

- Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS.- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).- Experience supporting large, multi-page or institutional websites.- Prior experience working with the CMS Modern Campus is highly preferred
- Experience working with a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to follow brand guidelines, style standards, and web best practices.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured project environment.- This position requires you to work fully on site and the entire length of the contract (February until April 2026)
