Responsibilities:
Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, wax/buff floors, shampoo carpets, and wash windows/walls.

Sanitization: Disinfect restrooms, dust furniture, and restock supplies daily.
Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash/recyclables into dumpsters.
Equipment & Inventory: Replace vacuum bags/filters, track supply inventory, and maintain work records.
Grounds & Safety: Perform basic outdoor maintenance; safely use provided PPE and cleaning chemicals
Working hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Qualifications:
Prior Experience: Previous custodial or facility maintenance experience required.
Work History: Demonstrated record of job stability and longevity with past employers.
Language Skills: Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
Safety & Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, read safety/chemical labels, and follow written and verbal instructions.
Reliable and comfortable working evening shifts and weekends.
