Forget the boring warehouse rows. This is an active, independent role where you are the MVP of facility maintenance. No heavy machinery or forklift certification required—just a great work ethic and a pair of comfortable shoes!
Three-Day Weekends: Work Monday through Thursday and enjoy EVERY Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
Solid Pay:$17.00/hour (Top-tier pay for a top-tier candidate!).
No Micromanagement: You’ll have your own routine and the freedom to manage your workflow.
Career Path: This is a Temp-to-Hire position. We aren't looking for "temps"; we are looking for future long-term associates.
You are the "Master of Logistics" for the facility’s cleanliness. You’ll be the person ensuring the production floor and common areas stay safe and organized.
Keep it Moving: Sanitize and stock restrooms and common areas.
Production Support: Clear walkways and production zones so the team can work safely and efficiently.
Fresh Air: Spend part of your shift outdoors maintaining the parking lot and smoking areas.
Stay Active: You’ll be walking, pulling, and pushing throughout the shift—it’s like getting paid to get your steps in!
High Energy: You enjoy being on the move rather than sitting still.
Reliability: You are the type of person who hates being late.
Eye for Detail: You notice the small things that others miss.
Stamina: Ability to be on your feet for a 10-hour shift and handle physical tasks.
Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Days: Monday – Thursday (4-Day Work Week!)
