?Prepare the building and machinery for the beginning of morning shift. This includes turning machines on upon arrival. ?Thoroughly clean and adequately supply restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment for all employees and visitors. This includes restocking paper products, soap, and other essentials, as well as cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces daily. ?Thorough cleaning and disinfecting of all lunchroom surfaces, including interior and exterior of microwaves, refrigerators, and freezers, ensuring they are free of debris and odors. Countertops, tabletops, chair seats and backs, using appropriate cleaning solutions to remove food residue, spills, and potential contaminants daily. ?Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming daily and throughout the day if necessary. ?Clean inside and outside all windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors, using cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. ?Clean, dust and polish all furniture, fixtures, walls, machines, or equipment daily. ?Gather and empty trash, and properly dispose recycling daily in the morning and after lunch to maintain building cleanliness. ?Execute thorough disinfecting wipe downs of frequently touched surfaces multiple times throughout the day, or as needed. ?Perform end of week cleaning out of breakroom fridges & lockers. ?Able to do spot treatments of ESD wax by stripping, sealing and buffing. ?Regular assessment and monitoring of stock levels. Timely requests for replenishment of supplies and equipment, including, but not limited to, lunchroom provisions (e.g., paper towels, napkins, cutlery, dish soap, hand soap), and all maintenance and cleaning supplies throughout the building as needed. ?Regular assessment and monitoring of exterior of building which may include weed maintenance (pulling and weed control), sidewalk and parking lot maintenance, power washing, blowing leaves, picking up debris, pest control, and landscape monitoring. ?Apply insecticides, fumigants or traps to control insect and rodent populations as needed. Report pest activity. ?Change ceiling tiles and lights, remove insects in lights as needed. ?Operate company vehicles, and potentially other vehicles when needed. ?Occasionally local deliveries or pick-ups are performed. ?Setting and maintaining pest traps within the warehouse. ?Occasional interdepartmental work as needed.

Desired Qualifications: ?High school diploma is mandatory. ?Valid Florida driver's license ?3 years janitorial experience in an electronics assembly environment is strongly favored. ?Light handyman skill set (replace light fixtures, plumbing repairs, as example) ?Ability to identify and report possible repairs of equipment, tools, or facility ?
