Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding available services and programs, providing accurate and timely information to resolve problems. Technical Guidance: Explain processes and procedures for loading and changing materials associated with various self-service terminals. Issue Resolution & Escalation: Perform research to address customer needs, remotely access equipment to resolve hardware and software issues, and escalate complex concerns to next-level support or management when appropriate. Operations & Dispatching: Dispatch field technicians as needed and efficiently navigate multiple software systems simultaneously. Confidentiality: Maintain strict customer confidentiality while fully complying with all privacy regulations. Teamwork & Performance: Work collaboratively in a team environment to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations and drive tasks to completion.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Advanced relationship management skills with both internal colleagues and external customers. Proven track record of independently researching and troubleshooting hardware/software issues. High level of adaptability in learning, retaining, and applying new information about fast-changing programs and services.

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a High School diploma/GED (or an Associate???s Degree). Experience: 1???3 years of experience, with a strong preference for a customer care or call center setting. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with robust interpersonal and collaborative abilities. Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a solid comprehension of virtual assistance tools. Task Management: Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, maintain strict attention to detail, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism: Ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information, with a strong bias for action and an ability to avoid workplace distractions. Physical & Environmental Adaptability: Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work comfortably in an environment that may be noisy from time to time
