Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries regarding services and programs. Explain processes and procedures for loading and changing materials associated with various self-service terminals. Perform research and navigate multiple systems to provide accurate, timely information to customers. Remotely access equipment to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Escalates customer issues to next-level support or management when necessary. Dispatch field technicians to customer locations as required. Maintain customer confidentiality and strictly adhere to privacy regulations.
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior customer service experience in a call center or technical support environment. Strong technical aptitude with comprehension of virtual assistance and remote equipment access. Proven relationship management and collaborative skills with internal teams and external customers. A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations with strong self-drive and focus.

Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED (or an Associate???s Degree in lieu of required experience). 1???3 years of experience, preferably in a customer care setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work comfortably in a standard call center environment.
