We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Entry & Customer Service Coordinator to support daily administrative, logistics, and customer communication needs. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly and requires strong computer skills, accuracy, and professionalism in customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Coordinate logistics, including truck routing and product loading documentation
- Provide customer service support via phone and email, with a strong emphasis on personal phone communication
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Proficient computer skills and comfort working in order management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional phone presence and customer service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
- Candidates must demonstrate strong attendance and punctuality
