Responsibilities:
Order Management: Process incoming orders and generate accurate quotes within the SAP system.
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clinics and patients regarding product inquiries and prosthetic repair orders.
Problem Solving: Proactively resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, or technical questions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Communication: Utilize Microsoft Teams and Outlook for internal collaboration and professional external correspondence.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of patient and clinic interactions within the company database.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in healthcare, medical device logistics, or prosthetic services.
Adaptability: Ability to transition from a structured training environment to more flexible start times while maintaining productivity.
Interpersonal Excellence: A patient-centric mindset with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience working within SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

Multitasking: Capable of balancing quote generation, order processing, and active problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
