Responsibilities:
- You serve as the bridge between the company, clinicians, and patients to help restore mobility.
- Execute the end-to-end processing of complex, primarily custom orders within SAP.
- Generate and provide accurate price quotes for life-changing medical equipment.
- Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot order discrepancies as a detail-oriented problem solver.
- Maintain and manage all documentation according to strict FDA requirements.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
- Industry Experience: Preferred experience in medical device, industrial, or technical manufacturing firms
