Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and friendly Seasonal Customer Service Representative to support our team during our busy end-of-year season. In this role, you will handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve support tickets, and complete minor administrative tasks to ensure our customers receive a smooth, high-quality experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer support tickets and inquiries.
• Perform minor customer service tasks and general account support to resolve issues effectively.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers via web-based communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ticket statuses.

Education: No formal education required.

Experience:

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, web browsers, and common web-based tools.
• Active Google account or standard email account available for workplace tool access.
• Available to work between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules during the November–December window.
• Dedicated computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Functional webcam and headset/microphone for team communication and meetings.
• A quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
