We are seeking a fast-thinking, tech-savvy Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this dual-focus role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers while actively managing dispatch logistics.

Customer Support & Dispatch: Answer incoming customer inquiries with professionalism, assess their needs, and coordinate dispatch schedules efficiently.
Multi-App Navigation: Seamlessly toggle between customer databases, dispatch software, GPS tracking tools, and internal communication channels.
On-the-Spot Problem Solving: Address unexpected scheduling conflicts, route changes, or customer complaints immediately and effectively.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time records of service requests, driver statuses, and customer interactions.
Working hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other business-related applications
- Experience in a call center environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

Required Experience: Proven professional experience in a combined CSR and dispatching role.
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate through multiple apps and platforms simultaneously without losing pace.
Critical Thinking: Exceptional, on-the-spot problem-solving capabilities. You must be able to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
Communication: Clear, empathetic, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Logistics & Reliability
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to ensure punctual and consistent attendance for all scheduled shifts.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-moving daily schedules.
