Responsibilities:
Operational Coordination: Manage and coordinate the daily flow of rail-to-truck transloading activities.
Data Management: Utilize SAP and EDI systems to maintain precise inventory control and data entry.
Billing & Documentation: Resolve billing and invoicing discrepancies to ensure smooth financial operations.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for industrial partners, maintaining professional email etiquette and providing timely status updates.
Logistics Support: Assist in the administrative oversight of high-volume shipments within a fast-paced terminal environment.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all terminal safety protocols, including the use of required PPE (high-visibility vests and steel-toed boots).
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Problem Solving: Proven ability to handle billing and invoicing resolution with high attention to detail.
Communication: Exceptional professional email etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Professional experience working within SAP (specifically Warehouse Management modules).
Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics, rail operations, or warehouse inventory control.
Systems Experience: Familiarity with EDI data entry and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Operational Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible morning schedule, starting as early as 6:00 AM based on volume.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate an office/terminal environment.
Compliance: Must have reliable personal transportation and the ability to pass a 12-panel drug screen and a 7-year national background check.
