Responsibilities:
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues confidently, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Sales Support: Identify upselling and organic sales opportunities during routine customer interactions and document them accurately.
Order Management: Process customer orders and collaborate directly with the operations team to resolve fulfillment or shipping issues.
Marketplace Monitoring: Review and respond to customer feedback and reviews across external retail platforms.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Language: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
E-Commerce & Logistics Platforms: Prior experience using Shopify and ShipStation.
Industry Background: Prior experience or knowledge in home improvement, coatings, construction, or related product categories.
Education: Associate's degree or higher in business, communications, or a related field.

Multi-Channel Communication: Exceptional verbal (phone presence) and written skills for handling high-volume calls, emails, and live chats.
Technology & Productivity: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook for high-volume email correspondence, Excel/spreadsheets for tracking, Word, and Teams).
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Confidently troubleshooting and diagnosing consumer issues to achieve first-contact resolution.
CRM Data Entry: High attention to detail for tracking customer interactions and accurately inputting sales leads into HubSpot CRM.
Order Processing: Strong data accuracy for processing orders and handling fulfillment/shipping specifications.
Professional Presence: Maintaining a genuinely positive, helpful, and professional demeanor under pressure.
