What You’ll Be Doing
As the primary point of contact for our customers, your day-to-day will involve:
Managing Inbound Calls: Assisting customers with new orders, product inquiries, and status updates.
Precision Data Entry: Inputting alphabetic and numeric info into a web-based interface with high accuracy.
Problem Solving: Identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Advocacy: Recommending the best products and services to meet customer needs.
Outbound Follow-up: Making occasional calls to clarify order details when necessary.
Documentation: Keeping meticulous records of all orders according to standard procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in an inbound call center or order-entry environment.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating web-based systems and entering data quickly.
Communication: A friendly, professional phone presence and a "can-do" attitude.
Detail-Oriented: You’re the type of person who double-checks the small things to get it right the first time.
