Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Accurately input, update, and process customer orders and modifications.
- Track deliveries and coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries, billing questions, or delivery issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous customer service experience in the distribution, logistics, or food service industry.
- Familiarity with order management systems or CRM software.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and de-escalate situations over the phone.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry abilities.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and email applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
