This is a temp to hire position. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am-4:30 pm (may vary), with occasional Saturday availability as needed. The starting pay for this position is $15 to $16/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Utilize computer skills for order entry and maintaining customer databases.
-Handle paperwork, invoices, and other administrative duties with precision.
-Educate customers on our range of products, features, and benefits.
-Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions based on their needs and preferences.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative responsibilities.
-Proven capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must be able to speak clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with local clients.
- CRM, Microsoft, and Data Entry experience.
- Attention to detail is required to avoid billing or scheduling errors.
- Ability to resolve issues while maintaining a "positive attitude" and an "encouraging mindset."
- Fast-paced environment, meaning you'll need to juggle phone calls, walk-ins, and paperwork efficiently.
- Ability to explain how mechanical products work (like pumps or heaters) to customers over the phone.
