Shift Details: This role offers a consistent schedule with operating hours from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Your shift will be 8.5 hours long, providing a great balance within these operational hours.

Responsibilities:
- Track truck movements and monitor route execution in real time to ensure on-time delivery performance. Verify route readiness, dispatch status, load completeness, and coordinate route rescues, reallocations, or recovery plans when delays occur.
- Serve as a primary point of contact via phone and email for customers and business partners. Handle complaints in a calm, professional manner, diagnose issues, and coordinate redeliveries, exchanges, haul-away requests, and appointment updates.
- Maintain daily communication with delivery teams and contractors. Assign route allocations, communicate uniform/compliance/safety standards, assist with onboarding/training, and escalate service failures.
- Review and document damage or shortage claims, gathering PODs, photos, and delivery documents. Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, process order changes/cancellations, and assist with billing reconciliation and operational audits.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, customer standards, and safety requirements (including floor guard, NAH tag, and appliance testing protocols). Track daily KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, Completion Rate, Survey Performance, and Claims Reduction.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Skills:
- Experience in last-mile delivery, claims handling, or TMS/routing software; bilingual capabilities in English/Spanish.
- Experience working with Costco, appliance/furniture delivery, or home delivery operations.
- Ability to work in warehouse/dock/office environments, perform site/vehicle audits, lift up to 25 lbs occasionally, and work flexible operational shifts.

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, call center, or customer service operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with customers, contractors, and leadership.
