You will handle a diverse range of tasks, from managing complex billing cycles to helping families protect what matters most by writing new business and assisting with claims.
Pay: 16.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:
Billing & Financial Management
Proactively contact customers regarding past-due payments to ensure continuous coverage.
Securely process premium payments and manage payment plans.
Assist clients with billing inquiries, reconciliations, and general payment needs.
Policy Servicing & Sales Support
New Business: Quote and write new insurance policies tailored to client needs.
Policy Maintenance: Process renewals, endorsements, and updates to existing policies.
Claims Assistance: Act as a compassionate first point of contact for clients filing claims, guiding them through the initial documentation process.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in insurance, banking, or high-level administrative roles.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills-you must be comfortable making outbound calls regarding sensitive billing matters.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in agency management systems, Microsoft Office, and digital payment processing.

Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
1-2 years of insurance experience
