Responsibilities:
Manage and process customer orders accurately within a strict 48-hour SLA.
Navigate and maintain data integrity within our internal ERP system.
Collaborate daily with the production team, planning department, and shipping logistics to track order statuses.
Handle high-volume inbound customer inquiries via a phone queue (following a thorough 45-60 day training period).
Provide clear, professional communication regarding shipping timelines and order updates.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven customer service experience specifically within a manufacturing, industrial, or shipping/logistics environment.
Systems: Proficiency working inside an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Skills: Solid understanding of the end-to-end order processing lifecycle.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
