Pay Rate: $15.44 per hour.
Schedule: Weekdays, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
As a Golf Car Customer Service Associate, you will provide essential support to both internal teams and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the main telephone line, routing inquiries, and providing requested information to callers.
- Scheduling vehicle service orders and tracking them daily within the system.
- Assisting walk-in customers with parts, handling returns, and investigating warranty details effectively.
- Processing billing, collecting payments, and reconciling daily cash.
- Maintaining quality standards while keeping a clean and organized work area.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- One to three months of related experience or training.
- Familiarity with office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to remain professional and cooperative under pressure.
Work Environment
You will experience a dynamic work environment that includes both indoor and outdoor exposure. Occasionally, you may be near moving mechanical parts or exposed to varying temperatures and chemicals typical of a vehicle service setting.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic calculations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk frequently, and occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds.
- Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Relocate to other locations as needed.
