Responsibilities:
In this assignment, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Customer Service. You will review and analyze basic or tactical Customer Service assignments and challenges, researching, evaluating, and selecting alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. You will also present recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations, making decisions while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, and providing necessary information to client personnel.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
Experience identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Foundational understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, OR equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Knowledge and proficiency working within the banking industry.
Strong analytical skills to review and select alternatives for low-to-medium risk challenges.
