Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Compensation: $18.00/hour plus monthly performance bonuses
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous Customer Service experience preferred, both inbound and outbound.
Ability to navigate computer systems
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Need to be versed in Math and customer service, computers, emails and phone
Outbound and Inbound Customer Service experience
