Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring every order is accurate and every customer feels heard. You'll join a collaborative local team that values your growth and relies on your expertise to keep operations running smoothly. Whether you're resolving a billing question or coordinating with the warehouse, your work will directly impact the success of the business and the community we call home.
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
Accurately process and verify customer orders, ensuring pricing and availability are spot-on.
Support accounts receivable by generating invoices, applying payments, and monitoring aging reports.
Assist with inventory management, including data entry and coordination with warehouse staff for audits.
Cross-train with Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments to ensure total team flexibility.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Familiarity with ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP.
Previous experience with customer collections or payment negotiations.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3 plus years of experience in customer service, accounts receivable, or order entry.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are a major plus).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy industrial setting.
