Responsibilities:
???Acting as a guiding partner for patients by answering inbound inquiries and making proactive outbound calls.
???Learning and maintaining expert knowledge of life-enhancing medical products and services.
???Navigating multiple EMR systems to ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
???Communicating with patients about their coverage, including insurance verification and explaining financial responsibilities with empathy.
???Collaborating with management to identify insurance trends and streamline the referral process.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
--Previous experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial health plan requirements.
--Familiarity with medical terminology or EMR systems.
--Bilingual skills are always a plus in our local market!.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years

???Clear Communication: Ability to speak and write effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
???Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new software systems.
