Responsibilities:
Be the First Voice: Serve as the initial point of contact for individuals inquiring about benefit claims.
Guide the Way: Clearly explain the claims process, eligibility criteria, and required documentation in an easy-to-understand, empathetic manner.
Maintain Precision: Record detailed, accurate notes of every client interaction to ensure seamless case management.
Problem Solve: Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a high degree of professionalism and a goal of prompt resolution.
Protect Privacy: Adhere to strict federal confidentiality and data security protocols to safeguard sensitive client information.
