Cylinder Maintenance: Scrape, prep, clean, and inspect cylinder surfaces for testing, painting, or refilling.
Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the yard, dock, and plant facilities clean, organized, and free of hazards.
General Operational Support: Assist plant operators, filler technicians, and warehouse leads with general tasks as needed.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards regarding compressed gas storage, personal protective equipment (PPE), and manual handling.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs regularly, and move/roll gas cylinders weighing up to 20 lbs using proper material handling techniques and equipment.
Work Environment: Ability to work comfortably outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions typical for the Sparks/Reno area.
Punctuality & Reliability: Strong attendance record and ability to consistently work the designated 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shift.
Teamwork & Initiative: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to step in wherever help is needed.
Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous warehouse, general labor, or industrial gas experience is a plus.
