Job Description:
Data Entry Administrator handles order processing and sales support within their Sales Department. The role requires strong communication, data entry, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately entering and managing customer orders.
- Interacting directly with production and accounting staff.
- Handling phone and email correspondence with customers and outside sales representatives.
- Knowledgeable about electronic components; high degree of motivation; ability to perform effectively in a high-stress multi-task environment;
- Computer experience; legible printing or handwriting; attention to detail; and ability to set priorities and manage workload accordingly.
- Position involves email and telephone interaction with customers, Outside Sales Representatives, production staff, and accounting.
