Spherion Bismarck has a Temporary Data Entry Clerk position available to assist with high volume expectations due to the system conversion needs of the business. This position will be focused on data entry of invoices and attention to detail. This position is expected to last 3 months but has the possibility to be extended depending on business needs/conditions.

Pay: $22-25/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
Data Entry
-Process vendor invoices (paper and electronic), 500+ invoices to be processed each week
-Maintain records and perform follow-up
-Utilize the workflow functionality of the document imaging system into ERP Financial applications.
-Maintain positive work relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities.
-Perform various other duties as assigned by management.
-ERP system experience preferred
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

-Must possess organizational skills to sufficiently maintain customer accounts including confidential payments
-Ability to follow written instructions
