We are seeking a data entry/scheduling representative for a local client. This role is 80 percent technical data entry and 20 percent client scheduling. The ideal candidate isn't just a "fast typer" they are someone who catches the small details that others miss. You will be responsible for ensuring technical equipment data is perfectly synchronized between internal systems and state regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:
Precision Data Management: Accurately enter technical specifications and serial numbers for backflow systems into both company and state-mandated databases.
Regulatory Compliance: Audit inspection reports to ensure all hardware identifiers match historical records before final submission to state authorities.
Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate with Property Managers to schedule upcoming inspections (averaging 1?3 calls per day).
Process Modernization: Utilize our established scripts for client outreach and assist in transitioning our primary scheduling communication from phone to SMS/text platforms.
Resource Coordination: Update the dispatch calendar to ensure field technicians have accurate site data and serial number histories for every job.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:
The "Eagle Eye" Factor: Proven experience in a role where high-volume data accuracy was critical (e.g., medical billing, legal data entry, inventory management, or regulatory compliance).
Technical Literacy: Ability to manage data across multiple software platforms simultaneously without errors.
Professional Communication: A comfortable, professional phone and text presence. You?ll be speaking with Property Managers, so clarity and courtesy are key.
Reliability: You understand that your data entry is the final step in a legal safety requirement; you take pride in "getting it right the first time."
