Responsibilities:
Precision Finishing: Use a variety of hand tools (files, grinders, sanders, and scrapers) to smooth and finish machined parts made of metals and plastics.
Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet strict blueprint specifications.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while following streamlined production workflows.
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other departments to ensure production goals are met on time.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
1-2 years experience preferred.

Qualifications:
Basic math skills and comfort using computers for data entry.
Ability to work with your hands and operate equipment like tumblers and drill presses.
A commitment to wearing PPE and following safety protocols in a production environment.
Availability to work overtime or shift rotations (Day/Swing) as business needs evolve.
Ability to stand or sit for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Capability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Comfortable working in an industrial environment (masks provided for dust protection).
