This role begins as a General Laborer for the first 3 months, during which you will learn our warehouse operations, assist with inventory management, and prepare office furniture and supplies for delivery. Upon successfully completing the 3-month evaluation period, you will transition into a permanent Delivery Driver role, taking charge of local customer deliveries, on-site assembly, and maintaining client relationships across the Brazos Valley.

Responsibilities:
General Laborer:
Unload freight shipments, inspect incoming goods, and stock inventory safely.
Assemble, inspect, and stage office furniture and equipment for delivery.
Keep the warehouse, loading docks, and staging areas clean and organized.
Assist senior drivers with loading delivery vehicles and riding along on routes as needed.
Delivery Driver:
Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport products to commercial and residential customers throughout the College Station area.
Offload and deliver office furniture, machinery, and supplies directly to client spaces.
Provide basic on-site assembly and setup of office furniture according to customer instructions.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Maintain delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and deliver friendly, professional service.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, or local route delivery environment.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools for furniture assembly.
Familiarity with roads and commercial areas in College Station and Bryan.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
Valid Texas Driver???s License with a clean driving record (must meet company insurance standards).
Able to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 75 lbs regularly and up to 100+ lbs with team assistance or dollies.
Punctual, dependable, and capable of working efficiently in a physical environment (standing, bending, lifting throughout the shift).
Must be at least 21 years old (for commercial insurance coverage).
High school diploma or equivalent; ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
