We are seeking a dedicated and organized Shift Supervisor to lead the Second Shift Imaging Services team. As a frontline leader, you will balance technical troubleshooting with personnel management.

- Actively oversee second-shift workflows to meet productivity and quality metrics.

- Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues (equipment/software) and user errors.
- Report performance data to Project Managers.
- Manage records/materials in secure areas and ensure the facility is fully secured at the end of the shift.
- Supervise, coach, and train Imaging Specialists

Qualifications:
- This position requires you to train from 12:00pm-8:00pm for 4 weeks, then switch to the night shift schedule.
- Must have expert knowledge in document and photo digitization processes.
- Prior supervisory experience and oversight of high-quality digitization practice.
- Ability to meet project deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capable of remaining in a sitting position for extended periods of time operating a PC.
