Responsibilities:
As a Dispatcher/Logistics/Data Specialist, you will ensure our scheduling systems and customer records remain precise, organized, and up to date:
Audit, maintain, and update customer portals to align accurately with internal routing software.
Schedule customer deliveries via phone and text messaging while collecting key delivery details such as paths, stairs, floor types, and gate access codes.
Enter, track, and update delivery dates, time windows, and order statuses in both dispatch software and customer portals.
Proactively manage scheduling exceptions, follow up on flagged delivery issues and reschedule future dated orders as needed.
Respond promptly to automated customer inquiries and messages via text, phone, and email.
Conduct post delivery audits to confirm accurate delivery completion, update driver arrival windows, and resolve discrepancies.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with dispatching platforms or routing software such as DispatchTrack.
Prior customer service experience in a delivery, transportation, distribution, or logistics setting.
Working knowledge of delivery coordination, driver apps, or route management tools.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or as a data specialist.
Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for phone, email, and text correspondence.
Proven ability to troubleshoot scheduling exceptions and resolve customer issues in a calm, professional manner.
Proficiency with computers, online portals, spreadsheets, and database management.
