Responsibilities:
-Data Migration & Digitization: Scan historical paper I-9 forms into the centralized electronic system of record.
-System Integration: Download electronic I-9 forms from the primary HRIS system and accurately upload them into the compliance system of record.
-Compliance Auditing: Review all I-9 forms meticulously to identify errors, omissions, missing signatures, or outdated documentation.
-Error Resolution: Correct identified errors systematically in accordance with compliance guidelines, which includes directly contacting current employees to gather required information or missing documentation.
-Data Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality and organization of all personnel files throughout the entire audit process.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Prior experience in administrative support, document control, data entry, or human resources.
-Familiarity with Form I-9 documents and basic employment eligibility verification concepts (comprehensive training on specific I-9 regulations and correction procedures will be provided).
-Experience handling confidential or sensitive personnel information.
