We are looking for a hands-on Draftsman Engineer to help turn customer ideas into real buildable parts. This role will be the vital link between the shop floor and front office helping quote projects, order the right materials, and keep daily production running smoothly.

Designing & Measuring: Use precision tools to measure existing physical parts, then recreate them as 3D models and blueprints using SolidWorks.
Pricing & Sales Help: Review customer requests, figure out how much material and time a job will take, and help put together accurate price quotes.
Buying Materials: Shop around for the raw metal, hardware, and tools needed. You???ll negotiate prices with vendors, place orders, and track shipments so the shop floor never runs out of supplies.
Keeping Things Organized: Maintain our digital files and blueprints while making sure the office and the shop floor are communicating clearly every day.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with Fusion 360 software.
A few years of practical experience working in a metal fabrication, CNC machining, or similar manufacturing shop.
Past experience figuring out job costs, handling purchase orders, or buying raw materials for a business.

Qualifications:
High-level experience using SolidWorks for 3D modeling and drafting.
Hands-on ability to use measuring tools (like calipers and micrometers) to figure out how a physical part was made so we can copy it accurately.
Strong communication and organizational skills to keep projects, files, and teams on the same page.
