As a Dryer Operator, you are essential to the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing process.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay Rate: $22 per hour.
Schedule: Monday through Friday.
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts (4 days per week). We are looking for candidates with open availability for either day or night shifts.
What You Bring to the Team
We are seeking a candidate with a solid technical background who is naturally mechanically inclined.
Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring industrial drying machinery while strictly following safety guidelines and established procedures.
- Adjusting critical settings?including temperature, airflow, and timing?to achieve the best possible drying results.
- Inspecting materials both before and after the drying process to ensure they comply with our high-quality standards.
- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.
- Keeping accurate records of drying cycles, equipment performance, and any adjustments or incidents.
- Working closely with production and quality control teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience operating industrial drying or manufacturing equipment.
- Certification or specialized training in industrial equipment operation.
- Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and best practices.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and monitoring systems.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as needed.
- Great attention to detail for inspecting materials and monitoring performance.
- Solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment daily.
- The ability to read and interpret technical documents and equipment manuals.
- A basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
