Responsibilities:
Analyze the Story: Use GA4 to track the full funnel?from browsing to add-to-cart to purchase?to pinpoint exactly where and why users drop off.
Fix the Friction: Identify site-wide friction points and recommend specific changes to formatting, imagery, and site structure to reduce bounce rates and cart abandonment.
Drive the "X to Y": Execute A/B tests and personalization efforts with a singular focus on increasing measurable revenue growth.
Sync the Journey: Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure email campaigns lead to the "right spot" on the site with 100% consistent visuals and details.
Actionable Reporting: Produce quarterly reports that translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for leadership.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
The Ideal Candidate
3+ years of direct eCommerce marketing experience with a proven record of moving conversion metrics.
Advanced GA4 Technicality: Deep, hands-on experience with web analytics, data-driven reporting, and A/B testing platforms.
Optimization Expert: A track record of using tools like Noibu, Hotjar, or Searchspring to refine the sales funnel.
