Responsibilities:
System Installation: Assist in installing and maintaining electrical systems in manufactured products.
Technical Reading: Interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics to ensure accuracy.
Maintenance: Help perform preventative maintenance throughout the facility to keep operations running smoothly.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate shop equipment, including forklifts and manlifts.
Compliance: Learn and apply National Electrical Code (NEC) standards to all projects.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical or mechanical issues.
Organization: Experience with 6S methodology or similar lean manufacturing processes.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Detail-Oriented: A results-driven mindset with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications:
Technical Aptitude: Previous experience in a production or mechanical environment.
Safety First: A strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized work area (6S).
Physical Ability: Capability to operate heavy shop machinery and work in an indoor/outdoor production setting.
Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent time management skills.
