We are looking for a skilled Electrical Assembler for our manufacturing client in Knightdale, NC. The Electrical Assembler is responsible for completing all assembly projects according to specifications in a high quality and safe manner. The Electrical Assembler needs to be proficient in reading assembly documentation and providing high quality work. The ideal candidate for Electrical Assembler can properly cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires from component to component while maintaining and perform testing to ensure quality standards. The Electrical Assembler will work amidst an assembly team to meet production goals and improve upon processes to achieve maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Completes work while adhering to safety guidelines and requirements
- Operates tools and equipment according to established procedures
- Ensures and double checks that materials are correct and documentation is current
- Inspects jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
- Fulfill physical requirements, including standing, lifting, climbing, etc.
- Exhibits quality workmanship that adheres to engineering and customer specifications
- Adheres to Quality Management System and ISO9001 standards
- Works in a timely, efficient manner to meet all daily performance objectives
- Works in a team environment which requires cooperating with others, offering help when needed, and maintaining positive work relationships
- Works up to 10 hours in a day
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:45 PM

Qualifications:
- Ability to read assembly documentation (blueprints/schematics)
- Can properly cut, strip, crimp and terminate wires from component to component

- Ability to thoroughly check wire connections via tug testing, continuity, and overall visual inspection
- Ability to complete wire terminations and routing process
