Responsibilities:
Perform quality assurance and inspection on all electrical equipment.
Aid in repairs and reconditioning as needed.
Troubleshoot issues with units and either fix them or elevate them to a supervisor.
Maintain clean and safe work areas.
Follow safe work practices and take all necessary precautions (e.g., use of protective masks, safety glasses, gloves).
Discover and report any unsafe or hazardous situations.
Report any injuries to a supervisor or manager immediately.
Inspect incoming items to ensure product specifications are met and report irregularities.
Repair incoming items as needed.
Seek advice and instruction during repairs.
Complete ancillary department-related tasks as required.
Report hours worked on the company time record.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Experience as a manufacturing technician, E/M technician, maintenance tech, or electro-mechanical technician.
Aptitude with electrical and electronic components (e.g., capacitors, PC/IC boards).
Experience with making cables.

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to fifty pounds without assistance and more than fifty-one pounds with assistance.
Punctual and reliable in attendance.
Attention to detail and product quality.
Attention to safe work practices.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Quality soldering skills.
Cable assembly experience (e.g., using multi-pin DC power).
